Registration fees

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
 

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation to the entire conference
  • Free ticket for the public transportation system in Lausanne for the duration of the conference
  • The conference abstracts book
  • The welcome reception on Sunday evening
  • Coffee breaks
  • Buffet-dinners during the poster sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening
  • The Conference excursion on Wednesday, including visit to the Olympic Museum, cruise on the Lake of Geneva, visit to the Castle of Chillon and banquet.

Refund policy

If you cancel your registration before August 10, 2006, we will be able to refund your entire registration fee minus an administrative fee of CHF 100. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 10, 2006.

Companions

Accompanying persons are welcome for the get-together on Sunday evening (free).

Accompanying persons who would like to join the excursion and banquet cruise on Wednesday should be registered at the same time as the attendee. The contribution for the excursion and banquet cruise is CHF 270 per accompanying person.

On-site registration

At this stage we can only accept on-site registration (either on Sunday afternoon or during the conference). For on-site registration we accept cash (Swiss Francs) or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard). Note that participation to the Conference excursion cannot be guaranteed for on-site registration (a lower fee will then apply if the excursion is fully booked and you cannot participate).
